There are many herbal teas to choose from. They are caffeine-free, but not free of flavour or medicinal power. Herbal teas can provide hydration, but can also be nourishing to the body and mind. Many 0f these teas can have a specific healing effect, or can rejuvenate the entire body.

  1. Peppermint – A cooling herb that can help to settle and soothe the digestive tract. Mint can ease bloating, gas, indigestion, and certain abdominal discomfort.
